The impressionism is a movement of painting that consists in transporting the real images into paintings with light and color effects.It started in France during the late 19th century and early 20th century.

Pierre Renoir
Camille Pissarro
Alfred Sisley
Berthe Morisot
Armand Guillaumin
Frédéric Bazille

Characteristics: The landscape as central topic.
Use of a lot of painting
They don't use a lot the black color
They bet for a flat and bidimensional painting.
